Twilight/New Moon double feature

22.11.2009

We (Stephielein, Alex and myself) got tix for the double feature.
So again Stephielein and I wore our Cullen sweaters.
I really was nervous and it was a hard time till 12 o´clock.

Twilight was great (as always).
After that there was 1/2 hour break and then NEW MooN began.

It was great. Better than I expected.

I was nervous because the Montepulciano/Volterra scene wasn´t far away any longer and I really hoped to see Marystat or myself.
But when they finally showed the scene I made a shriek and was nearly too excited to look.

I managed to concentrate and then I saw myself........... woahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When Bella is running around in Volterra - then she stays at a cross road and looks around.
After she starts running again she running around a corner with a little "fence" and there I am.
She pushed me hard .... and .... yeah.... no words.#

As marystat told me she also saw herself.
So the next time I will watch New Moon I have to concentrat on marystat.

A big huge for marystat........ it was a great year.

And for all the nice girls I met because of New Moon - you are great and I hope to see you again soon......... who knows.

The day after the fan event

12.11.2009

In the morning we started our already booked bus sightseeing tour and I was glad that I didn´t have to stand or walk :)

As Buckingham Palace was closed that day we started to do a little shopping again.

At 2pm we met marystat and went for a lovely cupcake to Covent Garden.

As marystat had to go because this was her depature day, she went back to the hotel at 3.30pm.
But before that we went to the "Forbidden Planet" to do a little "newmoon" shopping.

When Marystat left us we went to "Harrods" and then back home.

For our last evening we found a nice pub at Covent Garden.

NEW MOON Fan event London at Battersea Park

11.11.2009

6am wake-up call after a short night but we (stephielein and myself) were prepaired...
At 6.30 we forced the Starbucks crew to open the doors for our early breakfast and got a coffee for marystat too.
We had arranged to meet marystat and stupid69lamb at Queenswater station and then meet vampirefreak101 at Sloane Square.
We waited there for more than 20min and as vampirefreak101 was unreachable we made our way to Battersea Park.
As we arrived there 20 (female) fans were already waiting.
We were arranged and rearranged several times by the security but finally they found a proper way to handle us.

Stephielein and I wore our Cullen Sweaters with the lovely shiny print....*oh*

During the day the queue became longer and longer and finally around 3pm the red carpet area was opened for us.

We had to enter in groups of 10 and that was really a good decision.
We (marystat, stupid69lamb, stephielein, vampirefreak101, alex, katie and myself) got a great place at the carpet and were happy.
At least until the rain started again. Stephielein was lucky enough to crab a sparkling umbrella which was handed out by the event crew.

Then (were)wolves and vampires started to walk/jump/run over the red carpet and the show began.

Also the ticketwinners were allowed to walk over the red carpet and some of them made a really big show....

Also TV Crews and reporters walked along the red carpet and made pics and interviews.
So marystat, stupid69lamb and myself were interviewed by some TV Crews and mags several times. (I hope I will get a copy of "Grazia" in time...)

At 7pm a van arrived and the first one was a happy looking Rob. He looked really relaxed and great.

He walked around and signed as many books/mags etc as possible. He really looked adoreable

Stephielein managed to get 2 signes (1 for me and 1 for herself) while I was taking as many pics as possible....
(We had 2 vanity fairs with Rob on the cover!!!!)
That worked out really great.

During Robs signing round he was grabbed by one fan and the security had to get him out.
Why are they so stupid....that makes no sense.........

In the next van arrived Taylor. He didn´t look as happy as Rob did and furthermore he was stopped signing by the security.

Then arrived Kristen and she looked great too. She had to make the interviews before she started her round.

But again stephielein and myself were lucky to get pics and signs. So did marystat and stupid69lamb.

Also Chris Weitz came to the fan event. He was talking to the fans and also signing.

They all had to do a interview with Alec on the stairs, near the entrence to the event hall.
Unfortunatelly at 9pm it was all over and it was really nice to walk a little.

We were standing from 07.30am till 9.00pm.... oh my god!!!!!!!

Now we were all happy and still excited but also hungry.
After a call with petra we decided to go to an Italian Restaurant near our hotel.
After that we all went to our hotel for a nice bottle of Montepulciano wine (oh sweet memories of Montepulciano..... @marystat)

It happened that I broke the wine opener and had to go to the hotel bar for a new one....I won´t explain more about this happening.

At least we managed to open the bottle and the wine was great *Tuscany memories*

At 00.30 I was dead and ready for my bed.

London - meeting friends and plans for fan event

10.11.2009

After a busy day with all the troubles at the hotel we finally managed everything and started with the Dungeon.

It was - how should I say that - interesting but not as scary as the screaming chamber at Madame Tussaudes last year.
In the afternoon we did some shopping and I got a message from marystat.
So we fixed our meeting for 6pm at Paddington station.
While waiting for stupid69lamb we enjoyed a hot chocolate at Starbucks.

So it was a long day for all of us we (Petra, stephielein, marystat, stupid69lamb and myself) decided to go to Wagamamas for dinner and make plans for the next (important) day.

Marystat already told me that there were rumours about Robsten arriving at Heathrow Airport this evening.
We managed to finish our dinner in time and headed back to Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express (without Petra).
We found the right rail just in time (but that doesn´t mean that we get the right train)
As we were running around Paddington Station I missed the RIGHT rail.

I was fighting hard with the closing doors of the train - I felt like Superwoman or sth like that - until I heard a big shout "WRONG TRAIN - WRONG TRAIN"
I was wondering about the person who caught the wrong train and then realised that they were shouting at me....
I changed train (so the right train was just one rail away) and again had to fight hard. Marystat and I tried to reopening the doors like in "Speed" (I think it was an adorabel scene to watch) until stupid69lamb told us that there is a button.......
So she pressed the button and *surprisesurprise* the doors opend smoothly....
At least we got the train.
As we bought the tix we had to pay 23 pounds per person for a one way ticket.
Mhhhh........

Finally we arrived at Heathrow Airport at 10pm and nothing. There were only 2 girls waiting - bad karma.

So we stayed there for 1 hour and nothing happened. As we had to wake up early the next day we decided to leave (this time with the tube - just 4 pounds) back to London.
